March Favourites 2013!

One quarter of the year DOWN guys!
Reaching the end of march means favourites times and I have tried to include a few little things aside from beauty products too!

Skin

Not only is this is a favourite, this is an empty! Basically my skin seemed to feel irritated and reacted poorly to temperature changes i.e. going from snowy conditions to central heating. The community fair trade aloe vera in this product soothed my skin but also softened my skin greatly. AND I LOVED IT!
Fragrance-free, Colour-free and Preservative-free means it's really gentle so I recommend this for sensitive skin holders and for those who are looking for a gentle first day cream.

Make-Up
Mascara:

I have fallen for this Maybelline mascara, HARD and I feel like I've been missing out, because I never purchase synthetic brush mascaras. Although the brush is massive, it gets right the roots of my lashes and actually lifts my lashes giving them that little bit of extra curve. I have used this every day during the day and it has not flaked on me at all, not once! I know these three words are used a lot but Maybelline i love you.

Now I have not used this waterproof mascara since my summer holiday but I picked up a new one and realised it's a real gem. I find I do not even have to curl my lashes with this product! I tend to use waterproof on my bottom lashes or when I'm going out as I fear panda eyes!

Lip Products:
- Lip Paint in Yeah Right by Topshop
- Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer in Celestial

In a few words - these have lived in university and hand bags constantly being reached for; bright and long lasting.

The NYC Sun2Sun bronzer has surpassed my Nars Bronzer temporarily as I felt that this cheaper alternative would spare my more expensive bronzer until the summer. But this bronzer has surprised me massively: I love the two colours available I use the lighter shade for my hair line, temples and jaw line and the darker colour to contour my nose and define my cheek bones more intensely. So easy to use and the colour stays. For £2.99 I will buy this again. Heck I may buy another one now just for safe keeping. I break bronzers so easily like a tool.

I gave into the hype and bought the Nivea Lip Butter in Caramel Cream and OH MY GOD this smells like Butterkist Popcorn and I love putting it on. Adds so much shine to my lipsticks and actually does moisturise my lips.

Nails
I love Revlon Nail Polish!
These two colours although somewhat wintry are two I have been loving at the moment.
I will get on the pastels and brights very soon guys but whilst its still chilly and I continue to wear a lot of monochrome, I will continue to wear these nail colours!

Favourite Song
Taylor Swift -  22 from the album RED

Okay I like all sorts of music guys from screamo to motown, hip-hop to house but this pop/country/cheeseball song by Miss Swift has been a favourite! My next birthday means I will be 22 and this gives me hope that beyond my 21st I can still have a kickass time.
Lame?
I don't care.
I love Taylor Swift.
Plus she rocks out with some Real Techniques brushes and some gorgeous Ked plimsolls.

Food
Easter means HOT CROSS BUNS!
Now M&S had those delicious chocolate ones but they sold out everywhere and I couldn't get them :( !
SO I turned to the next best thing - APPLE AND CINNAMON HOT CROSS BUNS. I bought some in Birmingham New Street Station and ate all four by time I got to London Euston.

I adore apple based desserts - apple pie, crumble, tart, strudel awwwwh I'm drooling.
So it is no wonder why I fell in love with these. I recommend to try them before they disappear for a year.

Okay I need a hot cross bun...guys I wish you all the very best for April!
The sun is peaking out and I hope you are loving it as much as I am.

Thank you so much for reading and please tell me your favourites for march in the comment box below!

love
